Wishbone Pet Rescue was formed by a group of people concerned with the health, treatment, and quality of life of the many pets in the West Michigan. Based in the Saugatuck area, our goal is to provide rescue and rehabilitation services to animals in need, as well as public education about subjects such as spaying and neutering, breeding, and neglect. Our greatest wish is to provide hope and alternatives for abused and abandoned animals, and greatly reduce the number of future cases.

As a fully incorporated non-profit organization, Wishbone will be working hard to provide shelter and safety for pets within communities where few options exist. Dogs with special needs due to fighting, breeding for profit, abuse, and neglect are still far too common, and we are working hard to combat these issues when and where few others would. With support from animal lovers like you, we know we can succeed.
